To oversee the Front Desk of the company, to assist with the production and viability of the whole group. One full-time position in Winston Salem office.


High volume of kept patient appointments to an efficiently structured schedule with full patient billing information turned over to Billing Department.

Job Functions

  • Maintaining seamless and effective communication channels, both within and outside the company.
  • Preserving strong relationships with all sources of referrals, whether they are new or existing.
  • Administering the scheduling of patient appointments for optimal efficiency and productivity.
  • Guaranteeing adherence to scheduled appointments by patients.
  • This involves rearranging appointments to the same week if necessary.
  • Implementing DTA’s policies on missed appointments and cancellations with a 24-hour notice.
  • Ensuring quick transition of referrals into evaluations.
  • Monitoring and managing referral records.
  • Handling insurance approvals and follow-up authorizations.
  • Verifying that all services are accompanied by complete billing details prior to service delivery.
  • Executing prompt and full collections at the front desk on the service day.
  • Supporting marketing and public relations tasks as required, which may include: Website updates, Social media engagements, etc.
  • Upkeeping the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and uncluttered.
  • Organizing a clean and orderly waiting space.
  • Confirming the waiting area is well-maintained, with chairs arranged properly, etc.
