Tara Mueller

MS, OTR/L Occupational Therapist

Tara joined the DTA team in 2022 after gaining experience in pediatric Occupational Therapy through her clinical fieldwork. During this time, Tara worked with OT specialists acquiring knowledge in a variety of therapy approaches and working with children with sensory processing difficulties, ADHD, developmental delays, and autism spectrum disorder. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from East Carolina University and her Master’s in Occupational Therapy degree from Lenoir-Rhyne University. Tara has a passion for working with children and is dedicated to working with the DTA team to help children prosper in the various aspects of their everyday lives. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, online shopping, and going to hockey games to cheer on the Carolina Hurricanes!
